Hi! I´m Alexander. I´m from Peru. 

My mom always says that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it is the first and the body uses and processes food for its proper functioning. And I think you are absolutely right.

I have breakfast everyday at twenty to six, I do not prepare breakfast, like any of the meals of the day because I do not know how to cook, every day I buy prepared food at the food stalls in front of my house. I usually eat scramble eggs with bread and chocolate or cereals with milk or fruits salad.I like fruits and I eat apples or pears. Sometimes I just want to eat fruit for breakfast and other days I like to eat cereal with milk

At one o'clock P.M. most days I have lunch.I buy lunch at a restaurant in front of my house. In lunch I usually eat a portion of meat, some rice or potatoes, some pasta, some lentil and a lot of salad, the salad has onions and tomatoes  is sliced.I like all kind of pasta. Although sometimes at lunch I change the portion of meat by a portion of chicken or a portion of pork or a portion of fried fish. When I have thirst I drink much juice or lemonade. I don't like hot food. Also, I take a little nap after of lunch every day.

At dinner I order food at home, I order skewers with potatoes and an Inca Cola soda. After that I rest for a while and go to bed.

On weekends I go out to eat fast food, I like to buy and eat fast food, sometimes I buy pizza or hamburger or a hot dog.My eating habits are not very healthy, but sometimes Iget used to eat the same meal. 😉😉💖💖🍒🍒
